Managing Partner
The Managing Partner is Dickson Kpelim-Etime. He is an accomplished Finance professional and management consultant. He is a fellow of ACCA, a member of ICAG and holds an MBA in Finance with over 12 years of experience in the private sector and international development.
He is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company and ensuring quality controls in all services delivered by the firm.
He has extensive experience in handling finance function entailing strategy development, business plans, budgeting, financial and management accounting, financial management, investment management, contracts management in private sector with some experience in multi-donor funded projects and Multinational Corporations reporting and compliance requirements including GIZ , Unilever and GHACEM with proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through contributions in financial management, cost reductions & productivity improvements.

The Senior Partner in charge of Accountancy and IT is Obed Guwinde Kere. He is an astute entrepreneur and Accountant with over 8 years of working experience in the field of finance and accounting.
He has a strong background in the area of financial management and accounting, Performance appraisal, strategy development, strategic and operational financial planning and monitoring and reporting.
Baba Akugbila
Senior Partner –Tax and other Compliance services
The Senior Partner in charge of Tax and other Compliance services is Baba Akugbila. He is a trained accountant with diversified background in Tax management, payroll accounting, account payables, account receivables.
He also has extensive experience in administrative procedures, company registration procedures and adequate knowledge in software applications including QuickBooks, Tally.
